I ordered these reindeer several weeks ago and it was found while during packaging that it was broken instead of canceling my order like other retails have done to me in the past they organised with their supplier to bring in another one for me. They were very communicative and understanding with the many emails I had sent them and give me almost accurate estimated time for delivery
