My experience was mainly positive. Customer service was super responsive, the delivery was quick, and the glasses were what I ordered. My only feedback is that paying $11 for gift wrapping and having them arrive wrapped in basic cheap blue tissue paper without real wrapping paper or ribbon was very disappointing and not worth paying for. It was for a wedding gift and I had to re-wrap them. Other than that I was very satisfied.
